Formal Catering

Formal catering is designed to ensure that that special occasion is made memorable through a delicate and sophisticated catering menu.

We offer three options for formal catering. Please select one of the below options first and then compose your menu with our canapes, starters, mains and desserts options.

  • Three canapes, one starter, one main and a choice of one dessert – AED 200 per person
  • Three canapes, one starter, one fish, one meat, and a choice of on dessert – AED 245 per person
  • Three canapes, one starter, one fish, one meat, one pre-dessert and a choice of one dessert – AED 265 per person

All prices include cutlery, crockery, the assistance of our chefs and delivery charges.

Starters

  • Prawns & scallops, mango and mandarine alioli
  • Slow cooked egg, truffled potato mousseline and grilled mixed mushrooms
  • Vichyssoise with roasted cauliflower and curry oil
  • Carrots and peas our way (carrot flan, green pea soup and apple salsa)
  • Marta’s Capresse (pesto cheesecake, homemade tomato jam, oregano crumble and Parmesan tuile)
  • Baby spinach soup with potato and ginger wonton
  • Roasted chicken consommé and shiitake dumplings
  • Smoked corn soup serve with chicken and tarragon dumplings –
  • Baby spinach, mushroom, strawberry and cecina salad with balsamic dressing
  • Beetroot, arugula and mandarine salad with a honey and mustard vinaigrette
  • Burratta, marinated cherry tomatoes and homemade pesto

  • Beef fillet slow-cooked at 45 degrees over potato mousseline and caramelized shallots
